Purpose 

• To secure a closer official and personal relationship between the Law Enforcement officers and agencies of the State of Maryland. 

• To foster and perpetuate a friendly relationship with the citizens and youth within the State of Maryland.  By establishing and promoting a mutual understanding and cooperation between these citizens and youth and those officers/agencies engaged in Law Enforcement activities.

• To evaluate, discuss, and suggest methods of preventing and/or combating crime in the State of Maryland.
